Fixed Price

For projects we work with fixed price: we agree on a set price upfront and align on the parameters so there are no surprises and both sides are clear on expectations.

Subscription

For maintenance, updates, and social posting we use subscriptions: fixed monthly agreements for ongoing support so your site and online presence stay current, secure, and consistent.

Fixed price: clarity upfront

At LionScape we work with fixed price. That means we agree on a set price upfront for a clear assignment. No surprises afterward and no debates about hours. You know exactly what it costs and what you get, and we know exactly what to deliver.

Why we choose this

In many projects, hourly billing creates friction. A client wants a strong end result but ends up with a bill that mainly reflects time. That does not always feel fair, especially when something takes longer than expected.

Fixed price removes that tension. You are not "penalized" if something turns out to be more complex, and we do not have to rush to stay within a set number of hours. That lets us focus on what matters: quality, a consistent presence, and a site that is truly finished.

Clear scope is the foundation

A fixed price only works if we agree upfront on what is included. That is why we start with a short intake and make the scope concrete: which pages, which components, which content blocks, which features and any integrations. Based on that you receive a proposal with a fixed price and clear delivery points.

This brings calm. You do not have to wonder whether a question means extra costs, and we can keep building without constant renegotiation.

What is usually included

Depending on the package and scope, a fixed price project can include:

  • Design and unification of the look & feel (color palette, typography, base style)
  • Website delivery (desktop and mobile)
  • Page build-out and reusable content modules
  • Basic SEO (technical foundation, metadata, indexability)
  • Performance and security (fast load times, technical checks)
  • Optional: social support (templates and consistent presence)

Changes: flexible but clearly managed

During a project there are often new ideas. That is normal. If a change fits within the agreed scope, we include it. If it falls outside the scope, we make it concrete and agree on an additional fixed price for that extra part. This keeps you in control of the budget and keeps quality achievable for us.

Maintenance and ongoing development

A website is never truly "finished". There are updates, improvements, new pages, and small optimizations. That is why we also offer maintenance and ongoing development. This can be arranged with fixed agreements, for example per month or per change package, so you know what to expect and your website stays healthy.

Working together without noise

The goal of fixed price is simple: clarity and a pleasant collaboration. You buy a result, not hours. And we deliver that result with focus on consistency, speed, and a professional presence.
